The public body shall include the following documents as necessary in the bidding documents considering the nature of goods, construction works or other services to be procured:-
(a) Bid Guidelines and Bid Form,
(b) Format of Bid Security,
(c) Form of performance bond,
(d) Format of Advance Payment Security,
(e) Conditions and Specimen of Purchase Agreement,
(f) Specifications and Maps,
(g) work schedule for commencement and completion of work, currency to be paid, source and location where materials may be available,
(h) Details as per clause (3) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Act,
(i) the subject of the respective bidder being responsible for the validity of the documents submitted with the bid, and
(h) Other documents deemed necessary by the public body so as not to conflict with the Act, these regulations and the standard bidding documents.
